| 摘 要： | 现代企业理论把企业当作以权威方式来配置资源的特殊装置 ,却没有真正解释权威的来源问题。企业所有权观点认为企业所用不等于企业所有 ,企业的权威来源于其所拥有的资产 ,企业的控制权相应的由权益的所有者享有。在此基础上 ,我们探讨了控制权的本质与内涵

| Abstract: | Modern Enterprise theory regards firms as a kind of special facility to allocate the resources in authority way but fails to explain the source of authority. The firm's ownership theory believes that authority in firms derives from the assets of the owners and the firm control right should belong to the possessors of the benefit. This paper discusses the essence and intension of control right. |
