| 摘 要： | 本文从探讨定点医院寡头垄断市场格局形成的原因、特点着手 ,研究了定点医院集团的寡头垄断行为 ,以及为追求超额垄断利润所导致的社会福利净损失。政府应鼓励发展垄断竞争型市场格局 ,并从四个方面规范与发展定点医疗市场。

| Abstract: | This article argues from the formation reasons and characters of oligopoly market which just belong to the assigned hospitals, then studies the oligopoly behaviours which lie in the assigned hospital group, as well as the net social welfare loss in order to seek for their super monopoly profit. So the government should advocate to develop the monopolistic competition market and regulate the assigned medical markets in the followed four aspects. |
