| 摘 要： | 本文分析了我国沙尘暴的基本成因 ,指出人的经济活动是造成沙尘暴的主要因素。然后针对我国的具体情况 ,从经济学的角度进行分析 ,提出相关对策 ,即建立生态补偿机制、完善和保障产权、建立有效的奖惩制度 ,以及提高全社会的生态保护意识。

| Abstract: | The reasons for bursting of dust storms are analyzed in this paper,showing that human being's economic activities have contributed mainly to it. Furthermore,according to some principles of economics,some measures for cracking down the dust storms are put forward. Those measures include:(1)establishing mechanism of compensation for ecological approaches,(2)perfecting and protecting the property rights,(3)setting up effective system of rewards and punishment. |
