Abstract:In today's economic globalization environment,the concept of market economy has been widelyaccepted and competition has become a common sense. The personnel cutback in a company is business asusual but its negative effects are often ignored. The authors believe that it shoulders heavy responsibilities toperfect the talents withdrawal mechanism.
