| 摘 要： | 信息经济学是一门发展迅速的经济学新兴学科 ,在当今的西方主流经济学派中占有重要地位。对养老基金的收缴、财务机制、投资营运及管理中出现的不确定性信息、道德风险、逆向选择、非对称信息、委托人—代理人等问题的分析 ,从信息经济学的角度重新考察我国养老保险制度的合理性及其存在的问题。
