商业银行个人征信异议处理问题研究

摘    要:异议处理是否及时准确,既直接影响到信息主体的权益,也关系到社会公众对商业银行和征信系统的正确评价。然而,目前商业银行个人征信异议处理工作仍存在诸多问题,异议处理机制亟待改进。通过对商业银行个人征信异议处理情况进行实地调研,针对存在的问题进行深入分析,提出规范异议处理工作、提高异议处理效率的具体对策建议。

Abstract:Whether dispute handling is timely and accurate not only directly affects the interests of information principals, but also matters correct public evaluation of commercial banks and credit reference system. However, there are many problems for the commercial banks to handle individual credit reference disputes. Dispute handling mechanism needs to be improved at present. Specific proposals are made to normalize dispute handling and to improve the dispute handling efficiency after field research on individual credit information dispute handling conducted by commercial bank, with further analysis on the existing problems.
