| 摘 要： | 就业是民生之本，创业是民富之路。培养具有创新精神、创业能力的创新型人才，是高等教育的重要任务之一。高校要充分认识大学生创业和创业教育的重要意义，在创业教育、创业基地建设及其日常运作和管理上积极探索，找出适合自身特点的创业人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Employment is vital bearing on the people＇ s livelihood and the road to lead people become wealthy. Therefore, how to motivate university students＇ spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship ability is one critical part of Chinese high education. Chinese universities should realize the emergency of university students＇ innovative undertaking and entrepreneurship education. Universities need to make the great development of entrepreneurship education and the construction of entrepreneurship bases, as well as the bases＇ operation and management. By this way, universities may find an appropriate pioneering entrepreneurship mode on the basis of their＇ own characters. |
