| 摘 要： | 构建服务型政府、服务人民是马克思主义的基本观点,也是我国落实科学发展观、进行管理创新、构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求和现实选择。分析服务型政府的基本内涵、主要特征,以及管理创新过程中构建服务型政府的必要性,指出在构建服务型政府过程中的一些现实问题,并提出构建服务型政府的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The construction of service-oriented government and serving people are the basis of Marxism,and are the inevitable requirement of and realistic choice for implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development,management innovation and constructing the socialist harmonious society.This essay looks at the basic connotation and main characteristics of the service-oriented government,and explores the necessity of service in the process of management innovation,points out the problems in the current practice of constructing service-oriented government,and puts forward some countermeasures. |
