摘    要:随着社会环境变化、家族企业发展和女性地位提高,家族企业中女性成员比以往有更多机会接触企业,她们纷纷走出家庭积极参与家族企业的经营和管理,凭借着性别优势以及独特的管理方式,在家族企业中获得了一定的地位。从“女性特质”等角度出发,对家族企业女性成员接班的优势和劣势进行详细分析,结合家族企业女性成员接班的外部障碍,从女性自身、家族企业和社会等方面提出相关对策。

The issues of Female Members Succession in the Intergenerationai Transition of Family Business

Abstract:As the social environment changing, family enterprise developing and the status of women being improved, there are increasing opportunities for female members in family business to familiar with the circumstance of enterprise. Women leave their family to participate in the operation and management of family business actively, by virtue of the advantage of female gender as well as their own unique way on the management of enterprises, they are integrating into the mainstream economy and having a certain status in family business. This article starts from female members' angle, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of female members succession in family business, describes the external environmental barriers, puts forward some related countermeasures to solve these problems from the perspectives of women themselves, family enterprise and society.
