| 摘 要： | 高校作为知识人才的主要集聚地,对推动知识创新发挥着至关重要的作用,也是国家创新体系构建的重要保障与支持。以科研激励机制为切入点,着重分析与探索高职院校科研激励机制构建中存在的制度性缺失,并尝试提出相应的解决策略,以期完善高职院校科研管理体制,逐步构建有效的科研激励机制,从而促进高职院校科研水平的提升。

| Abstract: | As the main focus of knowledge and talent,universities play important role in the entire national system.So the role of scientific research in universities on the knowledge innovation should not be underestimated.The article points the research incentive mechanism,analyzes the policies shortcomings in improving the research incentive mechanism and puts forward measures to improve management of scientific research and promote the level of scientific research in the higher vocational college. |
