| Abstract: | The amendments to the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive （MiFID） by the European Commission are one of the important measures for implementing G20 commitments to strengthen the financial derivatives market regulation, which is conducive to improving the organizational structure of the derivatives market and increasing transparency. This article introduces the background for MiFID amendments, post-amendment structure and characteristics as well as the specific amendments, with analysis on the possible concerned issues after amendments. |
