| 摘 要： | 2004年11月我国零售业对外商投资企业全部开放。零售业全面开放一方面有利于提高我国零售企业的竞争力,有利于促进我国服务业的发展,促进我国出口贸易的扩大;另一方面,零售业全面开放后,外资零售企业的大规模进入,对我国内资零售企业的生存和成长也造成了极大的威胁和挑战。对此,中国政府和零售企业必须积极应对。政府在宏观政策上要加强市场规制和引导,创造一个公平竞争的市场环境;内资零售企业也必须做大做强自己,以在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和发展。

| Abstract: | Since 2004 China's retail industry has been open to foreign-funded enterprises. It is good to increase competitiveness of China's retail enterprises and develop China's service industry. On the other hand, China's retail enterprises will face severe challenges after foreign retail enterprises enter China's market. We should create a fair market environment and strengthen competitive edges of domestic enterprises for their survival and development. |
