| 摘 要： | 随着建筑技术的飞速发展，现代建筑物应满足净高、大跨度、大空间、天棚表面平整、问隔灵活、视觉开阔等要求。文章运用现代管理科学的价值工程的方法，在设计时对多种形式的钢筋混凝土结构进行优选，从而达到建筑物使用功能优良，降低工程造价，提高研究对象价值的目的。

| Abstract: | With the rapid developing of construction technology, modem buildings should fit the requirements of net height, large span, large space, smooth sunshade, free interval, open vision, and etc. The value engineering method of modem management science is applied to optimize the structures of reinforced concrete, in order to reach the goal of excellent function and low cost. |
