论经济法视野中的"以人为本"——以经济法主体为视角

强调科学发展观的前提就是坚持"以人为本"。法学领域对于"以人为本"思想的探讨多集中于法哲学范畴,部门法的相关研究显得有些脱节。本文从法学领域"以人为本"思想关注的是现实社会中具体的人这一研究现状入手进一步分析经济法主体研究对于"人"的认识,进而对经济法主体研究如何贯彻"以人为本"思想提出了自己的看法。
