摘    要:分析当前干部队伍建设方面存在的问题 ,提出建立国有企业领导人选拔任用新机制的政策和措施 ,如改善干部管理 ,扩大选拔渠道 ,强化后备干部培养等。

ON ESTABLISHING THE NEW SYSTEM OF SELECTING AND APPOINTING THE LEADERS OF STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES
Abstract:This paper first affirms the accomplishments of reforming the cadre-system of state-owned enterprises, then analyzes the current problems of the cadres construction, finally, it advances the policies and measures of establishing the new system of selecting and appointing the leaders of state-owned enterprises, such as perfect the administration of the cadres, widen the channels of selecting leaders, tighten up the training of reserve cadres, etc.
