| Abstract: | This paper first affirms the accomplishments of reforming the cadre-system of state-owned enterprises, then analyzes the current problems of the cadres construction, finally, it advances the policies and measures of establishing the new system of selecting and appointing the leaders of state-owned enterprises, such as perfect the administration of the cadres, widen the channels of selecting leaders, tighten up the training of reserve cadres, etc. |
