摘    要:该文以酒店服务技能为切入点,探讨了“让员工成为活品牌”的内在路径——身心健康、举止得体与勤奋好学,即通过员工主动自觉地提升服务技能,培养坚忍不拔的意志,百折不挠的精神,强健的身体,随机应变的机智和精益求精的心态。强调只有主动夯实了这些隐形技能基础,员工才能真正成为“活品牌”,企业才能实现决策愿景,基业长青。

Abstract:This article discussed the intrinsic way about Creating the living brands,healthy and dignified demeanor,skills,indomitable will and indomitable spirit,strong physic-ally,resourcefulness and ingenuity and excellence of mind.It stressed that only by doing the stealth skills based initiative,the staff can truly become a living brand.Enterprises can make decisions vision Everlasting.
