| Abstract: | This article indicates the importance of appropriate software professional structure through the comparison between the software industry of China and Indian. It is demonstrated that the pyramid structure is the best structure for software professional structure. In addition, the method is also give to construct such pyramid structure by developing education, training, examination and authentication for software professionals. |
