| 摘 要： | 新疆城镇化正进入快速发展阶段，制定合理的发展目标是城镇化健康发展的保障。文章根据城镇化发展的规律以及历年人口增长的现实情况，并在《新疆维吾尔自治区城镇体系规划（2004-2020年）》的指导下，预测了2010、2020及2050年的新疆城镇化率和农村人口转移规模，并首次对此目标的可行性进行了论证，结果表明新疆城镇化目标的实现是完全可行的。

| Abstract: | Urbanization in Xinjiang is in the high-speed stage of development. Making reasonable development goals guarantee the sound development of urbanization. Based on the law of development on urbanization and current state of population growth, under the guidance of urban system programming in Xinjiang （2004-2020）, this text forecasts the urbanization rate in the future and rural population transfer scope, demonstrates the feasibility for the first time, it turns out that the urbanization goals is absolutely feasible. |
