和谐社会的经济哲学

本文认为,社会主义社会仍然存在各种各样的矛盾,构建和谐社会的哲学应是和谐哲学,而不是斗争哲学;在建设和谐社会中,既要尊重社会经济规律,更要尊重自然规律;社会主义和谐社会,只能建立在各种所有制协调发展的经济基础之上。文章提出,我国社会现阶段存在公私矛盾和劳资矛盾这两种基本的经济关系,公私兼顾和劳资两利是处理这两类经济矛盾的基本原则。文章强调,构建社会主义和谐社会,必须正确看待收入差距,妥当处理分配关系,特别是要处理好创造财富的效率与分配财富的公平二者之间的关系问题;要充分发挥社会中介组织、群众团体、社会组织等非政府组织的独特作用。

The Economic Philosophy of Harmonious Society

The author maintains that there are still some different kinds of conf licts with socialist society. The philosophy of constructing harmonious society should be the philosophy of harmony,but not the philosophy of struggle. In the process of constructing harmonious society, weshould respect not only social eco nomic laws, but natural laws also. Socialist harmonious society should be built on the economic basis of coordinated development of different kinds of ownerships. To construct socialist harmonious society,we should treat the income disparity correctly,properly deal with the relationship of distribution,especially the relationship between the efficiency of wealth creation and the fairness of wealth distribution, and give full play to the distinctive roles of such non-government organizations as social intermediaries,mass organization, and social organizat ion.
