| 摘 要： | 介绍了天津市水价改革的背景,在回顾天津市水价改革历程的基础上,分析了天津市水价改革中存在的问题,提出加快和完善天津市水价改革的建议:建立科学的水价形成机制;建立合理的水价制度;加快供排水单位体制改革进度;完善配套政策措施;加大水价改革宣传力度。
