政治系统与和谐社会的利益协调机制

借用政治系统的理论分析了社会转型时期之政治系统中的核心———“政府”与社会之间的互动关系,说明了利益表达渠道不畅通和利益整合能力不足对社会利益分化趋势的不良影响。指出在社会主义和谐社会利益协调机制的建设过程中,必须从促进“政府自身与社会彼此和谐”与使政府有能力“促进社会自我协调机能的发展”两方面着手,形成政府与社会的良性互动。

Interest Coordinating Mechanism in Political System and Harmonious Society

This paper analyzes the interaction relation between "Government" and society in the period of social transition which is the core of political system according to the theory of political system and explains the bad influence of interest differentiation due to the obstruction of interest express and insufficiency of interest integration.This paper points out that a good interaction between government and society must be established by improving "the harmonious relationship between government itself and society" and making government have the capacity to "promote the development of society's self-coordinating mechanism" in the process of building the interest coordinating mechanism and harmonious socialist society.
