A Brief Analysis about Human Resource Management Development and Trend of Qingdao Foreign-invested Supermarkets

With the further opening up of China's retailing sector,for nearly ten years development,the policy,'the special flexible man-hour system',has gradually been adopted by the majority of the foreign-invested supermarkets as an effective method to control the labor cost.Carrying out the retrospection of the main characteristics of the human resource management of the foreign-invested supermarkets of China in 1990s,and then analyzing the technological changes and improvement in this field during the recent 5 years,the author prognosticates the would-be developments and improvements in the human resource management and also puts forwards some relative assumptions and ideas basing on understanding and scientific researches,in the hope for presenting some help for the amelioration of the human resource management in the supermarkets.
