浅析青岛市外资超市人力资源管理的发展进程及趋势

摘    要:随着零售业的对外开放,经过近十年的发展,实施"特殊工时制度"逐渐被多数外资超市选作控制人工成本的有效举措.文章通过回顾20世纪90年代后期外资超市的人力资源管理工作的概况和工作重点,以及近五年外资超市人力资源管理在技术上的发展和变化,对外资超市人力资源管理的发展趋势进行预测并提出相关管理的设想,希望能对超市人力资源管理有所帮助.

Abstract:With the further opening up of China's retailing sector,for nearly ten years development,the policy,'the special flexible man-hour system',has gradually been adopted by the majority of the foreign-invested supermarkets as an effective method to control the labor cost.Carrying out the retrospection of the main characteristics of the human resource management of the foreign-invested supermarkets of China in 1990s,and then analyzing the technological changes and improvement in this field during the recent 5 years,the author prognosticates the would-be developments and improvements in the human resource management and also puts forwards some relative assumptions and ideas basing on understanding and scientific researches,in the hope for presenting some help for the amelioration of the human resource management in the supermarkets.
