| 摘 要： | 文章以大豆分离蛋白作为成膜基质,添加天然高分子材料瓜尔胶作为共混物,通过变化大豆分离蛋白、瓜尔胶间量的关系以及改变甘油含量,结合调节共混溶液pH,研究在不同条件下获得复合膜的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率。
