| 摘 要： | 姜黄素是从姜黄中提取的一种多酚类物质,具有抗癌,抗炎,抗氧化等多种生物学作用,最近研究发现姜黄素具有明显降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂,明显改善2型糖尿病大鼠糖代谢,脂代谢紊乱的症状。

| Abstract: | Curcumin is a kind of polyphenols extracted from turmeric,and has many biological effects,such as anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and so on.The recent studies have found that curcumin could significantly reduce blood glucose and blood lipids of diabetic rats,and significantly improve the symptoms of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism disorders in type 2 diabetic rats. |
