摘    要:房地产企业涉及专业较多,项目目标的实现有赖于各个职能部门之间的充分配合。而对于一些职责界定不清的工作,部门之间存在相互推诿,导致工期延误。本文探讨如何将绩效考核与进度管理有效结合,增强部门之间的相互合作,提高项目管理的效率。

Abstract:Real estate companies involves many professionals.Achievement of project objectives depends on the full cooperation of various functional departments.They often shirk responsibility and shift the blame onto others about works whose responsibilities are not clearly defined,which will lead to schedule delays.This article discusses how to achieve effective integration of performance assessment and schedule management,enhance mutual cooperation between the departments to improve project management efficiency.
