| 摘 要： | 公共政策的制定不应忽视公民参与的积极作用。本文基于公民参与在我国公共政策制定中的价值,认为在现阶段我国完善公民参与机制具有重要意义,并通过对我国公共政策制定中公民参与的现状予以分析,指出缺少公民参与的公共政策执行将会导致种种的偏差行为,进而对完善公民参与的现实路径提出对策。

| Abstract: | The positive value of citizens participating should not be neglected in public policy.Based on thus,it is significant to perfect our citizens participating system at present.And through the analysis of current situation,I point out that the public policy execution which lacks citizen participation will cause various deviant behaviors,and then propose some realistic measures to consummate this. |
