| 摘 要： | 高校青年教师思想道德建设问题,是制约我国高等教育进一步发展的一个重大问题,对此,笔者从总结高校教师思想道德建设方面现阶段存在的问题入手,经过深入分析,提出了相应的解决思路,为我国高等教育改革提供了一定的参考借鉴。
