| 摘 要： | 结算办理难已经制约到了企业的生存和发展,其形成的原因有外部原因和内部原因,其中内部管理原因是主因。笔者认为,应从工程的承接、合同管理、项目班子的选择、预警和评估机制的建立等几个方面着手,抓好结算工作,提高企业效益水平。

| Abstract: | Handling settlement is difficult,which has already restricted the survival and development of enterprises.Its reasons for the formation are external cause and internal cause,but,the main cause is inner management.The author thinks we should pay adequate attention to the settlement to improve enterprises' efficiency level from undertaking project,contract management,the choice of project team,and establishment of early warning and evaluation mechanism. |
