| 摘 要： | 智能电表功能的完备性,对智能电网用户环节得以实现具有重要意义。对智能电表的功能进行分析,指出双向计量、费率管理、双向通信以及控制功能应作为智能电表功能完备性检测的标准。对基于智能电表技术的需求侧管理、配电网状态估计、负荷分析建模及智能家庭等高级应用进行分析,并对各应用价值进行了评述。

| Abstract: | The completeness of smart meters is very important to fulfill the user part of smart grid.Through analyzing function of smart meters,bidirectional measurement,rate management,bidirectional communication and control should be the criterion of smart meters' completeness.Analysis and evaluation of DSM(Demand System Management),DSE(Distribution State Estimation),LAAM(Load Analysising and Modeling) and IF(Intelligent Family) is done and indicate that the application of smart meters have many work to do. |
