解决中小企业融资困境的新思路——民间融资

文章通过浅述中小企业融资渠道束缚现状,提出解决我国中小企业融资困境的新思路—民间融资,并进而对民间融资进行了概述,重点就中小企业选择民间融资的内外原因、民间融资的利率水平、特有的风险防范机制进行了深入分析,并给出规范、引导民间融资的几点建议。指出随着中小企业的发展,民间融资方式最终会被纳入正规金融规制,成为现代化金融体系的组成部分。

New Way out of Financing Dilemma for Small and Medium-sized Enterprise:Non-governmental Financing

Through stating the status of financing for the small and medium-sized enterprises, the article proposed the new way ot resolving financing dilemma-non-governmental financing, and then presents it, especially the internal cause and external cause, level of interest rates, and risk prevention mechanism. And it makes suggestion on standardizing, guiding non-governmental financing. At last, it points out that with the development of small and medium-sized enterprises non-governmental financing will be brought into regular financing regulations and become the component of modern financing system.
