| 摘 要： | 监理投资控制是以工程承包合同价款为目标,按投资构成进行分解,在保证质量进度的前提下,对承包方的资金使用计划,工程款支付,工程变更和现场签证,索赔处理和竣工结算等进行监督控制。在具体的工程施工中,要求我们要针对工程的实际情况,制定相应的措施进行控制,以解决出现的种种问题。
