| 摘 要： | 我国乳化炸药发展了30多年,生产技术水平有了较大发展,近几年生产安全形势持续好转,这得益于各方对此的深入研究和生产技术、装备水平的不断提高文章通过分析乳化炸药生产线的工艺以及在制备过程中潜存的安全隐患,提出了预防发生乳化炸药爆炸事故的安全措施,以进一步提高乳化炸药生产过程的本质安全。

| Abstract: | Emulsion explosive has developed for more than 30 years in China and its production technique has been improved a lot.In recent years,the situation of safety production in the line has greatly been transformed,which benefits from further research and the successive improvement of technology and equipment.This paper presents security measures to prevent explosive accidents by analyzing the technique of production lines of emulsion explosive and potential safety hazards exists during the process of preparation and puts forward some safety measures to prevent explosive accidents and further ensure safety production. |
