| Abstract: | The calculation of the target cost for a construction project is the fundamental task of financial control and economical control of a construction enterprise. It has a realistic significance for an enterprise to intensify the target control, benefit increasing, and for the adaptation to the present situation. This article has made suggestions to the calculation method, procedure and main item for the controlling of the cost target of a construction project. |
