| 摘 要： | 伴随中国经济开放程度不断加深以及加入W TO,企业竞争日益激烈,社会对管理咨询需求激增。在西方管理咨询服务高速增长是适应企业竞争及会计业务发展的客观需要。会计公司从事管理咨询业务,可有效利用会计公司的资源,推动会计公司提高审计服务能力,更快顺应经济发展的国际化方向。
