| 摘 要： | 应当重视普通劳动者个人获得社会主义经济权益的问题。在社会主义市场经济奈件下，这种权益在性质上不同于市场经济一般流通关系的权益，同时，它的实现又具有市场经济和社会主义初级阶段的特征。应当从完善经济体制、提高劳动者素质和克服理论误区等方面来推进劳动者社会主义经济权益的实现。

| Abstract: | The problem of an individual as a common worker to gain his socialist economic rights and interests should be taken seriously. Under the condition of socialist market-oriented economy, this kind of rights and interests are different in the nature from the rights and interests in the circulation relations of the market-oriented economy generalities, besides, the process of their realization has some features in the historical circumstances of the market-oriented economy and the primary stage of socialism. The realization of workers' socialist economic rights and interests should be promoted from the aspects of improving economic system, enhancing workers' quality, correcting mistakes in theories and so on. |
