Introduced the situation of cultivated land resources in Hebei Province, summarizes the stern trend of cultivated land and proposes the importance of exploiting reserved cultivated land in scientific way;Analyzed the composing structure and the distribution of reserved cultivated land, and has a primary study on using direction and exploiting potential through weighing every district`s physical condition and exploiting condition; Forecasted per capita cultivated land will be 0.78 hm2 by 2030;Proposed some advices on exploitation and utilization of reserved cultivated land--adjusting measures to local conditions, scheming exploitation, controlling the scale of construction land, combining exploitation and utilization with conservation.
