沿边次区域合作与中国对外经济规划的调整

深化沿边开放是西部大开发的必然要求 ,这样国际经济合作就必然加强。而深化沿边开放的近期目标是推动次区域经济合作 ,特别是加强中亚和东南亚的沿边经济合作。为此 ,应在对外经济规划尤其是对外贸易格局、产业结构、边境口岸的城市化建设三个方面做出重大调整。

Sub-regional Economic Cooperation along the Border and China''''s Adjustment to Foreign Economic Programs

The deepening of opening borders to the neighborhood is a requirement for the great development of western China, which will enhance the cooperation with international economy. In the near future, China's objective is to reinforce the sub-regional economic cooperation, especially the cooperation along the borders between China and the Central and Southeast Asia. Therefore, China should adjust the foreign economic program and reengineer the industrial structure, and enhance the urbanization of boarder cities.
