土地利用空间关联下城乡结合部边界界定方法研究

摘    要:研究目的:在沈阳市2005和2015年两期TM/OLI数据支持下,提出并验证城乡结合部土地利用变化空间关联理论假设和界定城乡结合部边界的新方法。研究方法:理论假设和实证分析相结合。研究结果:(1)由城市核心区到外围乡村,土地利用变化先低—低聚集,后不显著,但局部表现低—高、高—低或者高—高态势,至城乡结合部外缘逐渐表现低—低聚集;(2)实证分析认为,沈阳市城乡结合部内边界大致在二环和三环之间,外边界的北部、西部和南部主要分布在四环线之外,东部分布在三环和四环之间,总面积1234 km~2。研究结论:城乡结合部土地利用空间关联理论假设成立,基于土地利用变化空间关联性来界定城乡结合部具有可行性。

Study on the Method for the Demarcation of Urban-rural Fringe based on Spatial Correlation Analysis of Land Use Dynamic Indicator
Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to propose and ascertain the spatial correlation theory of land use change in urban-rural fringe and to examine a new demarcation method based on partial spatial autocorrelation of land use change in urban-rural fringe supported by the land use information from 2005 TM images and 2015 OLI images. Methods applied include theoretical deduction, empirical analysis and comparative analysis. The results showed that from urban center to rural area, the spatial correlation of land use change showed the trend of aggregation of low to low firstly, and then correlation was not significant of the land use dynamic degree, but the partial area showed the trend of aggregation of low to high, high to low and high to high, and then gradually showed the low to low aggregation occurring from the inner edge to the outer edge of the urban-rural fringe. It validated the hypotheses on partial spatial autocorrelation of land use change in urban-rural fringe. Therefore, the delineation of urban-rural fringe boundary was feasible. The empirical analysis of demarcation method in Shenyang urban-rural fringe found that the inner edge of urban-rural fringe should locate between the Second Circuit Road and Third Circuit Road, the northern, western and southern outer edge mainly distributed in the outside of the Fourth Circuit Road, and the eastern outer edge mainly distributed between the Third Circuit Road and the Fourth Circuit Road, and the total area was 1234 km2. The paper concluded that the spatial correlation theory of land use change in urban-rural fringe was valid and it would provide a new view of the demarcation on urban-rural fringe.
