新型城镇化对工业用地利用效率的影响：理论框架与实证检验

研究目的:构建一般化的理论框架,探讨新型城镇化对工业用地利用效率的影响机制。研究方法:数据包络分析方法、全局主成分分析方法、个体固定效应模型。研究结果:(1)土地市场化供给程度、非国有工业企业占比及高科技产业企业占比越高,越有利于提高工业用地利用效率;(2)工业发展规模遵循着规模经济的规律,在一定技术水平的条件下,规模并非越大越好;(3)从短期来看,工业研发投入未能有效促进工业用地利用效率的增加。研究结论:新型城镇化对工业用地利用效率具有显著的正向促进作用,并且中西部地区新型城镇化更能刺激工业用地利用效率的提升。

The Impact of New-type Urbanization on Industrial Land Use Efficiency: A Theoretical Framework and Empirical Test

The purpose of this study is to set up a generalized theoretical framework for exploring impact mechanism of new-type urbanization on industrial land use efficiency. Research methods include data envelopment analysis, global principal component analysis, and individual fixed effect model. The results indicate that: 1)The higher of land market supply level, the proportion of non-state-owned industrial enterprises and high-tech industrial enterprises are, the more the utilization efficiency of industrial land is to be improved. 2)Industrial-scale development follows the law of economies of scale, and the larger scale is not always better under the conditions of a certain level of technology. 3)In the short term, industrial research and development investment failed to effectively promote the industrial land use efficiency. It is concluded that the new-type urbanization has a significant positive impact on promoting industrial land use efficiency, and the effect is more significant in middle and west part of China.
