摘    要:随着信息技术的发展和新经济的到来,全球竞争日益加剧,国际贸易发展迅速,为了获取竞争所需的规模和资源,投资于新技术和新产品,控制销售渠道及保证进入市场的机会,各行各业面临着并购浪潮,IT行业的战略并购同样异常频繁,为了探求IT企业发展战略,文章对IT企业的并购动因进行了系统分析。

Abstract:With the development of information technology and new economy, global competition becomes more and more serious, and international trade is rapidly expanding. In order to obtain large scale and resources for competition, investing on new technology and new products, and controlling the sale channel and ensure the access to market, now every walk of life faces trend of merger, the strategic enterprise-merger of IT trade is also very frequent. In this paper, the motives of IT enterprise merger is systemic analyzed so as to hunting after enterprise's development stratagem.
