| Abstract: | With the development of information technology and new economy, global competition becomes more and more serious, and international trade is rapidly expanding. In order to obtain large scale and resources for competition, investing on new technology and new products, and controlling the sale channel and ensure the access to market, now every walk of life faces trend of merger, the strategic enterprise-merger of IT trade is also very frequent. In this paper, the motives of IT enterprise merger is systemic analyzed so as to hunting after enterprise's development stratagem. |
