The commercial banks＇ wealth management business and the trust companies＇ trust business in China have experienced speedy development in recent years, but certain potential risks are accumulated. Taking Liaoning province as an example, this article analyzes the growing scale, structural features and potential risk factors of the wealth management and trust businesses, and makes suggestions on promoting the healthy development of wealth management and trust businesses from the perspectives of increasing the information disclosure transparency of the wealth management products and innovating the development mode of the trust business.
