黄山市旅游业对城镇化发展的负效应研究

黄山市自然和人文资源丰饶，是全国重点旅游城市。该市旅游业的发展推动了城镇化进程，但同时也产生很多问题，如：城镇发展过度依赖旅游业、城镇化建设受旅游生态环境制约、早期缺乏合理的规划引导，延缓城镇化进程、旅游业产业结构不合理，城镇化带动效应不足、徽传统文化受旅游业冲击，城镇内涵缺失等。有效解决这些问题，可采取发展新型工业和特色农业，增强城镇风险抵御力；加强资源与环境保护意识；政府引导扶持；三产融合，多途径推进城镇化发展；打造特色旅游城镇等措施，以引导黄山市旅游业与城镇化健康协调发展。

Study on the Negative Effects of Tourism on Urbanization Development in Huangshan City

Huangshan is one of the country＇s major tourist cities because of its rich natural and human resources.Although the development of the tourism industry promote the urbanization process of the city, it brings many problems, such as the over reliance of urban development on tourism; urbanization construction in urbanization governed by the tourism ecological environment, the lack of guide rational planning earlier, delaying the process of urbanization, the tourism industrial structure is not reasonable lead to urbanization effect, and hui traditional culture shock by tourism and missing the urban connotations and so on. In order to solve these problems effectively, the following measures can be taken： the development of new industrial and specialty agriculture so as to enhance resilience of urban risks; enhanced resource and environmental protection consciousness; guidance and support of the government to tourism and urbanization; three industrial linkage and multi-channel to promote the development of urbanization; creating the characteristic tourist urbanization ,so as to guide the healthy and coordinated development of tourism and urbanization of the city.
