刍议秦汉时期的廉政制度建设

封建社会初期的统治者面对种种错综复杂的矛盾不得不把廉政建设提上政治日程。秦汉时期的廉政制度建设主要体现在监察权与行政权相分离的监察制度、君主集权的职业官僚设置制度、选贤任能的官吏选拔任用制度、提升政绩效能的官员管理制度和惩防并重的廉政制度体系等几个方面。秦汉所创立的廉政制度不仅在当时的政治发展中发挥了重要作用，而且对中国传统廉政制度的形成与发展具有奠基意义，对于我们当前廉政建设仍有借鉴意义。

Anti-corruption System Construction in Qin and Han Dynasties

At the early stage of the feudal society, and in the face of all sorts of problems, rulers have to put the construction of anti-coixuption on political agenda. In Qin and Han dynasties,the anti-corruption system construction is mainly seen in the supervision system,monarch centralized bureaucracy,the selection system, the official management system, and the anti-corruption system. The anti-corruption systems set up by Qin and Han dynasties not only play an important role in the political development of those days, also lay a foundation for the formation and development of the Chinese traditional anti-corruption system, worth studing till now.
