| 摘 要： | 经过多年的探索和实践，我国的产学研用合作经历了多个发展阶段，出现了多种产学研用合作模式。论文介绍了我国产学研用合作的发展阶段，将我国的产学研用合作模式归纳为合作教育模式、合作研发模式和合作产业化模式三大类，剖析了我国产学研用合作中存在的问题，提出了产学研用合作的发展对策。

| Abstract: | After many years of exploration and practices, the industry-university-research-practice cooperation model in China has experienced several stages with emergence of several cooperation models. This paper reviews the development of industry- university-research-practice cooperation in China and classifies the cooperation into three different models： cooperative education model, joint R＆D model and industrialization model. Based on some analysis of the three models, especially the problems of each model, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. |
