| 摘 要： | 技工学校职业指导工作是集思想引导、能力培养、方法训练、平台提供等内容于一体的系统,是技工教育落实办学方针、适应市场经济、提高学生素质的需要,其内容体系意义重大。技工学校要做好职业指导工作,就应该做到全面、系统和深入,实现职业指导全程化,并在实施过程中做到领导重视、机构健全、队伍精干、主线分明和方法得当。

| Abstract: | Occupational instruction in technicians schools is a system integrating ideological guidance,ability cultivation,technique training and platform offering,which can meet the needs of carrying out the educational policy,adapting to market economy,and improving students' quality in technicians schools.To implement occupational instruction well,technician schools should carry out occupational instruction fully,deeply and systematically during the entire educational process,leaders taking it seriously,organizational structure being strengthened,teaching staff being efficient,main line being distinct,measures being proper and effective. |
