从公正的角度谈底层社会向上流动的困境

在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中，底层社会的向上流动是关乎社会稳定和社会公正的重大问题。然而底层社会在向上流动的过程中却面临着一种十分复杂的困境，从公正的角度看主要表现在三个方面：获益边界的狭窄性导致底层群体难以改变自身的生存状态；底层群体的自致性要受到上层群体某些先赋性的困扰，相互之间的竞争明显地表现出一种不公平的状态；底层群众相对不高的文化素质使其在相对公平的竞争环境中处于不利位置。

On the Difficult Position of Subaltern Society Upper Mobility from the Justice Angle

In the course of harmonious society construction, the upper mobility of subaltern society is an important problem which related to the social stability and justice. But the subaltern society is facing complicated difficult position during its upper mobility which shows as follows: it is difficult to change its living conditions because of the limited gains; the self-factor of subaltern society which perplexed by the inborn nature of upper society results that the subaltern society lies in unfair conditions when compete with others. The lower culture level makes subaltern society stand in an unfavorable status even in a relatively fair competition environment.
