论管理学范式革命

摘    要:本文认为,管理学范式革命的根本性动力来源于组织系统的开放性。对中国管理学来说,管理学范式革命的意义远远高于西方。当前对付中国管理学范式危机,更重要的是管理学家群体的积极反应,即要有“问题意识”。问题意识包括对现实管理问题的挖掘和对管理学面临的问题的自身反省两个方面。对现实管理问题的挖掘涉及到管理学理论解释力的问题,这需要进行理论范式的革命;而对管理学面临的问题的自身反省则涉及管理学哲学的问题,这需要进行研究范式的转换。

Abstract:The author thinks that the revolution of paradigms in management is fundamentally driven by openness of organization system.The revolution of paradigms in management means much more to Chinese management than to the west.What is important to deal with the crisis of paradigms in Chinese management is active responses,i.e.the question awareness,of management specialists in China.The question awareness includes both the searching of practical managerial matters and self-examination for problems faced with management.The former involves to what extent managerial theories can explain practices,while the latter involves managerial philosophy.The change of research paradigms is needed for both of them.
