摘 要: | 在数字经济时代的变革大潮下,各金融机构纷纷优化以客户为中心的组织架构,按职责及功能划分前中后台,以此为契机,梳理业务流程、完善运营机制。继“流程再造”后,以大型银行为代表,“薄前台、厚中台、强后台”的整俥战略鱼贯而出。其中,打造符合新时代特征的“数字化中台”成为业内工作聚焦。

Abstract: | From an angle of resources intensification,capability sharing,efficiency increase at present,considerable financial institutions have planned or effected middle desk strategy.Taking technical,business and data middle desks all of which have been employed by financial institutions,Dialogue of this issue focuses on clarification of the connotation of a digital middle desk,and shares tactics,routes,and achievements of implementation. |
