| 摘 要： | 对虚拟物流企业的概念和本质做了归纳和分析,并应用交易费用理论对虚拟物流企业纵向效率边界问题进行系统探讨。指出交易费用的节约与交易结构的改变引起的效益增加,是虚拟物流企业效率边界改变的动力;虚拟度扩大带来的交易费用节约和管理费用增加之间的平衡,决定了虚拟物流企业的效率边界。

| Abstract: | The essay concludes and analyzes the conception and essence of virtual logistics enterprises, and makes systemic exploration on longitudinal efficiency boundary of the enterprises in question with the theories of transaction cost. Through the analysis of the results, the authors point out that the thrift of transaction cost and the profit increase caused by change of transaction structure are the driving force for efficiency boundary variance of virtual logistics enterprise, and the efficiency boundary of virtual logistics enterprise is determined by the balance between saving of transaction cost and increase of management cost caused by enlarging of virtual level. |
