按生产要素分配与按劳分配的关系

在社会生产力高度发展的今天 ,简单劳动已经成为一种弱势要素 ,知识则越来越成为强势要素。要保证效率优先 ,必须坚持首先按生产要素分配。但要兼顾公平 ,则应在分配中对弱势要素予以补偿。

The relationship between distribution according to production factors and distribution according to labor

With the social productive forces being highly developed at the present time,the simple labor has already turned out to be a ‘weak’factor.Knowledge,however,takes its place as a‘strong’one.In order to give and ensure priority to efficiency,the policy of distribution according to production factors must be carried out at the first place.But on account of being fair,the‘weak’factors must be compensated in distribution.
